    (1) Cancellation must be notified by the day before the tour date by email.

    (2) If you cancel the tour after 11:59 pm Japan Time on the day before the tour day or if you don't show up at all, you will be charged up to 100% of the total amount of the price.

    (3) Your notice of cancellation must be emailed in writing to be effective and you will receive the acceptance by email from Trip Insight Corp.

    (4) Your reservation may be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late for the meeting time. If you are late for the meeting time, please be sure to inform us in advance by email or on the phone (+81-(0)-80-4310-4173 (WhatsApp OK)).
